Severe delays hit Bakerloo Line due to signal failure
1:15pm Wednesday 8th September 2010

THERE are severe delays on a Harrow tube line after a signal failure.
Bakerloo Line passengers are facing severe disruption following the problems at Lambeth North earlier today.
The delays come after the tube network was thrown into chaos by industrial action yesterday with closures on all but one line.
Frustrated commuters swamped the bus network and the roads were also facing increased rush hour congestion as residents struggled to get to work.
