Katie Holmes: Suri picks my shoes!

Katie Holmes has revealed the inspiration behind her glossy red carpet looks - daughter Suri.

The Batman Begins actress picks her four-year-old's brains for fashion advice, because she claims she has "great taste".

"Suri is very helpful - I go to her and I say, 'What shoes?' She picks them out," she told American talk show hosts Regin Philbin and Kelly Ripa on their show, Live With Regis And Kelly.

"One time, actually many times, I'll be getting ready for an event or something and I'll say, 'Suri what do you think?' And she'll say, 'definitely those'. And she won't let me leave unless I'm wearing what she wants me to wear. She's got great taste. And I want to make her happy," she added.

Katie - who will star as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis for the upcoming film The Kennedys - said portraying the former First Lady has been "fun".

"It's been really fun to play Jackie. She's such an amazing woman and such an amazing artist. She's incredible," she went on.
